ATTENTION: Going forward we are not permitted to park MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES WIDE in the area beside the mailboxes marked with the red X in the picture. . . We have received multiple complaints from the tractor trailer drivers who deliver to businesses in the plaza. It hampers their ability to safely turn around to back in to the loading docks. You can park in any painted spot in the plaza ( unless it says not to ) but not on the side of the road coming up the hill or more than 2 cars wide beside the mailboxes. If you park in front of the big garage doors please pull up far enough to allow for someone else to park behind you. Thank You for your cooperation with this. ~ Cameron ... See MoreSee Less
The season of giving is upon us Firebreathers! Let's do our part to help out those in our community that might not have much on their tables this year during the holidays otherwise. . . We are having a Holiday Food Drive Starting November 9 through December 15. . . For every food item that's brought in during that timeframe, your coaches will do a burpee. So, if on December 15 we have a million food items donated, we will collectively knock out a million burpees. . . ( if we get a million food items donated then we might recruit a few of you to help with the burpees. . . Just call it a " Coach in training" program ). The items that are donated will help feed families from Rock Branch Elementary, Poca Elementary and Poca High School. Thanks in advance for anything you're able to bring in for this worthy cause!!

Congratulations to Ashley Kimberling and Shaun Marshall who competed in Halloween Havoc at CrossFit Kinfolk yesterday. Ashley hit her PR Squat Snatch and did 38 strict handstand push-ups leading her team to a strong finish. Shaun and his partner Hayden O’Dell landed on the podium in 2nd place just a cat’s whisker out of first. So proud of both of these athletes for all their strong work.
Editor’s note: this is Jackie and I did a really bad job of taking pictures. My apologizes. ... See MoreSee Less
