Something I’ve been working hard on in my spare time is developing Faith in Motion. Using my background in fitness as well as my education and experience as a physical therapist, I have developed 8 week Pain Free Programs to target trouble areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and knees. Each program includes mobility and strength work with easy to follow demonstration videos from yours truly. These can be done with minimal equipment and are intended for anyone and everyone who has nagging aches and pains.
Also available are 12 week squat, half marathon and Olympic lifting programs for those looking to take their training up a notch. (Others to come)

Starting Monday, June 15 we will be posting a 6 week glute building program. It is for anyone who wants to strengthen and build your glutes and core. We will post a glute workout every Monday , Wednesday & Friday. You can do this after the wod or in place of the wod.

I’d like to take a minute and recognize four of our High School graduating seniors. Their senior year was cut short and they missed out on a lot of experiences as a result, but these aren’t your typical teenagers. They are very motivated and determined young adults. They work hard and they never give up. Always a smile on their faces and a “Can Do” attitude towards anything thrown their way.
